PROCESSING & SHIPPING

HUBERT CHARLES COLLECTION orders are processed within 3 day (excluding holidays).

All orders are shipped expedited 2-3 days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

HUBERT CHARLES COLLECTION will only be processed if the original purchase cannot be fulfilled. Returns are only valid for 10 days from the date in which the item was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must be in the original packaging. Returns are only valid for store credit equivalent to original order amount. Store credit is valid for 90 days after the purchase date. All sales are final.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product for an exchange HUBERT CHARLES COLLECTION will provide you with instruction as to how to complete this transaction. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for return of the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped without signature
